Scott Tirrell
Associate Scott Tirrell joined our Turley, Redmond & Rosasco in December 2006 after previously managing the disability law department of a 20-attorney New York law firm. Scott concentrates primarily in the area of Social Security disability and ERISA long-term disability benefit claims. As a former insurance company defense attorney, Mr. Tirrell knows how insurance companies evaluate claims. He handles long-term disability claims at all stages, including filing initial claims, administrative appeals, and litigation in federal court and state courts. Mr. Tirrell boasts a proven record of accomplishment of assisting clients navigating the pitfalls of ongoing disability income and long-term disability benefit claims. Mr. Tirrell’s combination of sophisticated legal background, intelligence and disarming personality make him an effective advocate for Turley, Redmond & Rosasco’s clients.
