Jaclyn Simmons

Ms. Simmons represents clients in claims for both New York State Workers' Compensation benefits and Social Security Disability benefits. She regularly meets with new and existing clients, helps injured workers file claims for Workers' Compensation, attends hearings before the New York State Workers' Compensation Board, and negotiates and drafts settlement agreements. She has attended hearings before the Social Security Administration throughout New York State.
