David E. Tobias
Mr. Tobias supervises the firm's Social Security Disability, New York State Disability, and Veterans Disability Appeals Departments. He has appeared at more than 1000 Social Security Disability Administrative Hearings and numerous Accidental/Ordinary Disability Hearings under the New York State Retirement System. He also represents disabled veterans before the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims and the Department of Veterans Affairs.
